Live Critique with Orna from Trappings Jewellery & Q&A

This month I undertook a live critique of Orna’s shop: Trappings Jewellery.

Orna just recently finished my Set Up Shop course, and she’s done a fanastic job of creating a professional shop from the get-go.

We focussed on a few areas where she could improve – including titles – and discussed brand positioning and pricing in her market.

There was also the regular Q&A session at the end, where I tackled a number of topics!
