Do you want to start the year with a strong plan already in place?
We’ll cover the main things you need to highlight and work around for the year ahead, and I’ll help you create and break down a plan for the coming 12 months.
This is a particularly great workshop for – and is aimed at – those who already have established businesses, (though you can certainly learn a process for planning even if you are a brand-new business, or just in the planning stages of your business).
However, for newer businesses, or those who need to do some more in-depth thinking and planning (rather than those that are established and on a roll) you’ll probably benefit more from taking the Handmade Biz Bootcamp – you can either work through it yourself, OR you can join me for it live each January! More info on that here.
This is based on my own yearly planning system, which I’ve used for many years now to plan the coming year in my own business.
