In February, we’re going to read a classic of time-management literature – the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

My dad gave this to me when I was a teenager, and it was probably the first ‘self-improvement’ book I ever read. I’ve re-read it a few times since then, and since I was due a re-read, I thought it was a good time to introduce it to you if you’ve never read it!

This book includes a number of philosophies/strategies that I use to this day, and I think everyone will take something useful away from it.

There are lots of editions, but don’t stress too much about which one you can get. There should be plenty of copies in the library, and in second-hand bookshops, too.
