In this workshop, I want to help you overcome email overwhelm, and develop healthier habits for processing email – so, I’m going to teach you the method that works for me – Inbox Zero.

Yes, I finish most days with a clear inbox! It’s not impossible, it just takes a bit of work to change your mindset and your habits.

Hi Jess
I completed the Email Inbox Zero Method this morning.
As I was going along deleting as I do, I still tend to end up with those that are not important now but I may go back to later. I made the folders[ not worrying about how many folders I may make] and delegated those emails to the folders knowing if I forget about them its alright they cant be that important!
Along the way I dealt with the have toooos and came to the end of the excercise feeling so good that there was nothing left. With a new day beginning empty and doing it all over again is so easy!!!! Thank you Jess
Jess,
I have 72 emails in my box going back to September 2016. I am so bad. So are teaching opportunities that are waiting for proposals, Birthday specials ( omg sad to say that they are coupons at all different retail places and a boatload of “free” webinars to increase this aspect or that aspect of my business.
Tomorrow morning ( it is 12:39 am) I will go through the box and get rid of baggage that is holding me back. I can print those “wonderful birthday offers. I will commit to class proposals. And I really do hate the “webinars” because I have my go to girls for business info and … why keep this rabbit holes.
Emails lists: do they help me? Am I bombarded with emails from them? Is the content truly worthy? If not unsubscribe. I will be back to let you know how it worked.
Truth be told I hate a full email box. Thanks for the push/kick in the pants.
Good on you, Kim! How did it go?
