Your initial 'thank you' message is a crucial part of that process - and in this workshop, I'm going to guide you through writing a beautiful and practical thank you message that will help your customer to fall in love with your business - and head off any trouble from issues that may arise.

When I made this change in my business - many years ago now - it was fundamental to changing the relationship I had with my customers, and it meant happier customers, more and better reviews, and a more joyful experience (and less stress) for me and them!
