This workshop is all about finding out your why – and how that will guide you in building YOUR ideal business, rather than the business you think you should grow, or the one other people are telling you you should grow.
This is your journey, and it won’t look like anyone else’s. By getting clear on your core values and your why, you can forge ahead with your own dream, confident that you’re doing what’s right for you

It’s always beneficial to revisit the fundamentals, and this lesson accomplishes just that. The video presentation is well-structured, and the slides are also available as an option. It’s essential to take a step back and question yourself, rather than getting caught up in a cycle of routine. You may arrive at the same conclusion, but there’s also a chance that you won’t.
Glad to hear you found it helpful, Stephanie!
I’m going to be completely honest. This video had me in tears. Just listening to you throughout this video talking about what others think or should – really hit me and I always tell them it’s my business and when saying that to them (family) it’s hard because I know they mean well but again I know my business better then them. Thank you for day 1. I know my core and whys. Smiling with a happy face writing it down.
Jess, I listened to your reason for creating these lessons, It hit me ,this is what I needed. Someone to take me step by step. My downfall is consistency, because what I make takes a lot of time and I have a full time job. All of the years I’ve searched for a whole education on my level.
I’m so glad the lessons are working for you, Stephanie!
Loved reading the above comments! I feel so encouraged that the answers to my questions will now be readily available. It sure beats asking Google questions and getting an AI answer! I have waited many years to be able to “show” my work, my personality and my talent. I want to be able sell my handmade cards, hope people are happy to buy them, hope that the illustrations and quotations please them, make money so I can return to the other half of me. My japanese papermaking, my metal type, and just as important, I want to be able to provide an income. I appreciate being a member of this group!
