It’s time for this year’s #PinterestChallenge!
Those of you who’ve been in the Circle for over a year may remember this from last year (or even the year before).
The Challenge helped many of you grow your Pinterest accounts – and therefore, your website traffic.
Pinterest is one of the top drivers of traffic to my own businesses, and if you’re not already using it – or not using it to its full potential – this month’s Project aims to help you up your Pinterest game, and drive more people to your online store.
I’ve also done a recent member-exclusive podcast episode – Steps to Pinterest Success – to get you on the right track.
Also, don’t miss the previous members-only Pinterest episode: The Power of Pinterest – which gives you some more background on just why Pinterest is such a good choice to grow your business.
We also have our own group board!
Click here and request to join the board by messaging me on Pinterest.
What is the #PinterestChallenge?
- Start by writing down your current Pinterest stats (boards, pins, likes, followers, following, monthly views) as of today (May 31st). You should be able to find all of this in the STATS section of your Pinterest account. If you can’t…
- Make sure you have a BUSINESS account with stats enabled. And, if you can set up Rich Pins/Verification – do (but DON’T get bogged down in this step *right* now if it seems too tricky – come back to it later though).
- Commit to spending 10 minutes per day Pinteresting…
(i.e pinning, re-pinning, liking, etc.). Ideally, set a reminder on your phone and stick to it.
- At the end of the month, come back and write down your stats again – and share your results with the Circle!
- Leave a comment under the Project post in the FB group if you’re committing to the challenge!
- BONUS – join our group board and also the public Create & Thrive Community board and be active on those. I have almost 12k followers, so that’s a great way to get a bit of traction, especially if you’re new to Pinterest.
This challenge will run the whole month of June, 2019.
If you haven’t taken it already, here is the original Pinterest Workshop video (you can see the whole workshop post here.)
I’m going to do this alongside you to see if I can get some more growth on my own account.
Good luck!
