| More About Me | I am a forty-something mother of two adult children. My oldest daughter (22yo) is a successful Etsy seller making a generous full-time living at it and thriving. My youngest daughter (20yo) is disabled (moderate cerebral palsy and developmental delays). Although I have a master's degree in marketing, I have been a stay-at-home mom since my youngest was born. I published a memoir about our lives with a disabled child in February 2014 and still foster a thriving Facebook page for that. Although I had a successful special needs parenting blog, I stepped away from that in January 2015 and decided to move towards opening an Etsy shop. I opened in October 2015 and have worked hard to get it going and an eventual success! I have been married to my high school sweetheart for 26 years. We live in the Atlanta, GA area with our disabled daughter and white miniature schnauzer! |
