| More About Me | I always liked creating, decorating, drawing, everything touching the artistic sense attracted me. I remember having made embroidery in my first grade. It is a need for me, I cannot spend 2 has 3 months without creating, I feel incomplet. Now that I am retired, I can fill this need in every days, if I want. What means that I find myself with tens and dozens of jewels today. I have participated at some craft fairs and private parties but I believe that maintaining my potential buyers would be on the net that is why, I joined Create and Thrive, I hope to found here the advices and the motivation to create a small business and be successful. |
| My areas of expertise that apply to handmade business: | I have started making jewelry about 4 years ago. I was making friendship bracelets for my grand daughters. I always been a creative person, so I was curious to find other way to create jewelry. Then I discover wire wrapping, polymer, etc. About a year ago, I have discovered beading embroidery, kumihimo and different beading technics. I like to mix different technics to personalize my jewelry. Some of my necklaces have detachable pieces so they can be worn differently, for example, they become a shorter necklace and a bracelet. I think today's customer like to have more for their investment! |
